Agentic CAD for
the physical world.

ForgeCAD is a browser-based CAD workspace with a built-in Agent that helps you create, modify, inspect, and validate parametric models.

A looping demo of the ForgeCAD workspace: a task is typed to the Agent, the Agent works through it, and the finished part appears in the 3D viewport, where it can be turned by dragging.

How ForgeCAD works

Describe the
engineering task

Tell ForgeCAD what you need to create, change, inspect, or validate. Add the requirements, references, and existing CAD that matter.

Build. Inspect.
Check. Revise.

The Agent works directly on your Project, creating or modifying parametric CAD, running the model, inspecting the result, and using relevant checks or analysis along the way.

Review the result

See what changed and inspect the model and supporting evidence. Revise it, take over directly, or export the result for prototyping, manufacturing, simulation, or downstream engineering work.

Engineering needs evidence

A model is a start.
The checks close the loop.

The Agent runs the model, inspects the geometry, and tests the requirements. When a check fails, it has a concrete reason to revise.

01 / Verify the design

Make the requirements executable.

Check dimensions, clearances, and interference across authored poses. Keep the checks beside the CAD source.

02 / Prepare for simulation

Beyond a good-looking mesh.

Author joints and physics metadata. Validate simulation readiness before exporting to downstream tools.

Structured geometry, relationships, and checks also become useful engineering data for AI.

Readiness depends on each model’s authored metadata.

The AI simulates.
Learns. Revises.

Our direction: the Agent runs Isaac Lab physics simulations and structural analysis, evaluates the results, and revises the CAD in a feedback loop.

Agent designs → Simulates → Evaluates → Revises
FEA tooling exists today. The integrated simulation-to-design loop shown here is a future direction.

CAD as code

Your CAD model is defined by editable code.

ForgeCAD models are generated from .forge.js source that defines their dimensions, features, and relationships. Change the source or adjust a parameter, and the model can be regenerated from the updated definition.

You can edit the source directly, change parameters in the interface, or let the Agent make the revision for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

ForgeCAD is a browser-based Agentic CAD workspace. You can describe an engineering task, let the Agent work on the Project, inspect the resulting CAD and evidence, ask for revisions, and continue editing the model yourself.

Yes. ForgeCAD Projects are backed by editable source rather than only a finished mesh or image. The model can be inspected, revised, regenerated, and continued as the design evolves.

ForgeCAD is designed around an ongoing engineering workflow, not a one-shot generation. The Agent works within the Project, can revise the source, and the user can inspect the geometry, analysis, evidence, and changes before moving forward.

Yes. You can continue working on the Project after the Agent makes changes, inspect the source and parameters, request another revision, or take over directly. The code editor is available in the Project, and parameter changes can also feed back into the Agent workflow.

ForgeCAD Tasks can use text and images, and users can also provide more specific CAD context such as annotated slices and projections to guide the next change. The Agent works with the current Project files and context.

Project visibility depends on the plan. ForgeCAD’s individual public-building plans are designed around Gallery Projects, while higher individual plans add private Projects. Team plans also support private shared work.

ForgeCAD includes engineering inspection and analysis tools so you can review the result and supporting evidence before accepting it. The Agent can also use checks or analysis as part of the task when appropriate.

Yes. Teams can own shared Projects and use Builder and Viewer Seats, pooled Task usage, roles, and separate Project access controls. Team subscriptions and Projects stay within that Team rather than following an individual account across unrelated work.

ForgeCAD is built first for individual builders designing real parts and products, and also for product and engineering teams that need shared ownership, collaboration, and private work.
